The service capabilities listed below are what Mail2World expects our partners to provide to your customer. We recognize that there may be exceptions and variations of support capabilities from partner to partner.

Expected Service Capabilities
  • Provide 24x7 technical support hotline and coverage
  • Level 1 support
  • Automated call tracking system
  • Defined escalation procedures
  • Provide and execute software upgrades and maintenance releases to their customers
Responsibilities

Mail2World and our partner will cooperate as a team to provide technical support to end-user customers.

First-level Support:
  • Provided by partner to your customers
  • Goal: solve 90 percent of customer issues at this level
  • Configuration assistance and troubleshooting
  • Answer general product and technical questions
Second-level Support:
  • Provided by partner to your customers; provided by Mail2World to partner
  • Goal: solve 98 percent of customer issues at this level
  • Analyze problems in depth
  • Problem duplication capabilities
Third-level Support:
  • Provided by Mail2World to partner
  • Less than 2 percent of issues should be escalated to third-level
  • Provided by Mail2World Senior Technical Support
  • Correlate problems with source code
  • Work with development to fix bugs
