Mail2World Implements Kayako Support Ticketing System for Business Webmail Customers

Mail2World, Inc., a global provider of advanced outsourced messaging and collaboration solutions, today announced its messaging and collaboration services will now include Kayako, a Web-based support ticketing system that allows customers to submit support requests through a Web-based user interface. This will enable the Mail2World support staff to respond to customer support requests more quickly and efficiently. The new SupportSuite application will also provide customers and administrators with a Knowledgebase section where they can search for answers to common questions.
