Mail2World, Inc. a global provider of advanced outsourced email solutions, announced today the launch of an improved help desk system by upgrading to Zendesk, a customer service software company. Mail2World’s online knowledgebase now uses Zendesk to better enable customers in multiple languages to find quick answers via its knowledgebase while having the necessary technology to integrate with Mail2World’s suite of Mobile Apps. The integration allows customers quick access directly through the mobile app or computer browser.
